Mr. Shakeel Muhammad Khan Safi, Commissioner for Afghan Refugees, KP, visited the UNHCR Sub-office Peshawar. During this visit, he met with key colleagues, including Unit Heads, and was accompanied by Project Directors from CAR, KP. The visit aimed to enhance mutual understanding and strengthen the collaboration between CAR,KP and UNHCR . As part of their ongoing efforts to improve coordination both organizations agreed to hold monthly meetings which will rotate between the CAR,KP and UNHCR venues. This approach aims to improve communication and develop a more effective partnership in addressing refugee needs.
